How participant data is processed for the XPENG European Media Drive, Cascais, 12–19 November 2026.
Who processes the data
XPENG Europe organises the event and decides why and how participant data is used. WMH Project, the event agency, processes the data on its behalf to run the registration platform and the hospitality arrangements.
What is collected
XPENG market teams enter the details of the participants they invite: name, market, participant type, group, media sector, hotel dates, arrival and departure details (location, time, flight number), dietary requirements and other needs. No email address or phone number of participants is collected on this platform.
For market team members who sign in, we store their work email address to send the one-time sign-in code.
Why
The data is used only to organise the event: hotel rooms, airport transfers, catering and the group programme.
Who receives it
The XPENG EU central team, the market team that entered the record, the WMH Project hospitality team, and the hotel and transport providers for the part they need.
How long it is kept
Participant records are deleted after the event, by 28 February 2027 at the latest.
Your rights
Participants can ask for access, correction or deletion of their data through the XPENG market team that registered them.
